The Shoe Museum, curated by Stella Pearce and Robin Finch Pickering, gathers together a crowd of very special, moving and unusual stories held in shoe form. We have gathered a chorus of artefacts from established artists, first timers, designers, neighbours, friends, family members, members of the public and more. The shoes give a voice to both the anecdotes they have experienced and the ghostly traces of where they have been and who has owned them.
